- Purchase of goods in the e-shop is possible within the Czech Republic, It is now possible to send and to Slovakia.
- Individual orders will be processed sequentially by the date of their order. By submitting your order, the order is considered severe.
- By default, the ordered goods will be ready for dispatch at the latest within seven working days from receipt of order. In cases, when we are not able production, we reserve the right to deliver the product to 21 working days.
- After sending or receipt of goods each order will be processed as delivered and any undelivered goods must be re-ordered.
- Personal pick-up of goods from the supplier is possible on weekdays from 6:00 do 14: 00 pm. Except this time by appointment only.

Delivery of goods:
The order is sent from our warehouse we will inform you via e-mail. Part of the e-mail and tracking number will be. With this number you can track the status of your shipment on PPL.
Your order status and tracking number you can also check the at our e-shop, if you are a registered customer, then also after logging in to "My Account" in the "Orders".
In the case of delivery by PPL courier will contact you before delivery and agree with you on the exact time.
Shipments are delivered on weekdays.
Acceptance and inspection of goods:

2.1.1 Shipping charge:
- Shipping and handling are free of charge, if the value of your order exceeds 4.000,- CZK and more.
- For orders with a lower value, we charge a fee to the price of goods for shipping and handling 199,- CZK.
- In case of payment by bank transfer we reserve you goods for 14 days. We send your goods at the moment, when we receive your payment.
